Biography

Curtis S. Jenkins is an attorney and former Member of the Georgia House of Representatives. He was the author of the nation’s first law prohibiting negligence-based lawsuits against firearm manufacturers. He has also served on the board of the Georgia Wildlife Federation and as the president of the Monroe County Sportsman’s Federation. He has served on the NRA’s Legislative Policy Committee, Legal Affairs Committee, and Finance Committee, and sat on the board of the NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund.
