Biography

Carl T. Rowan, Jr. is a vice president at the private security firm Securitas. He is a former chief of police, U.S. Marshal, and FBI agent. He is the son of columnist Carl Rowan ,Sr., who made headlines in 1988 after shooting and wounding an unarmed teenager swimming in his backyard pool with an unlicensed handgun.
